Isis Soster Maich,

With a diagnosis of an autoimmune disease (Type 1 Diabetes) in the family, I started researching more about nutrition and the more I researched, the more amazed I was with all the studies out there, showing that restricting carbohydrates and increasing fat intake is not only good for prevention and management of Diabetes but also for mental health, cardiovascular health, athletic performance, mental clarity, addressing polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, Alzheimer and so many other conditions.

I joined, then, a Holistic Nutrition program to learn more.  I also attended Low Carb/Keto conferences and joined a Low Carb professional training with the Noakes Foundation.  Now, I’m enrolled in the GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) training, a modified ketogenic protocol, created to help autistic people to overcome part of their challenges by restoring the intestinal flora.  It’s a protocol that can also be very beneficial for ADHD, depression, allergies, autoimmune conditions and so on.

I believe our body is way more powerful than people dream of and, that given the right tools, it’s able to heal itself.  My goal is to guide you to find your own balance, reclaim your health!

Please call to schedule your first assessment (30 – 45 minutes) which will be free for new clients.
